Admissions

Candidates seeking registration into the 2-Year Diploma or Certificate track must meet the following
mandatory institutional requirements prior to matriculation:
1. Academic Credentials: Submission of a certified copy of the General Certificate of Education
(GCE) Ordinary Level in at least three subjects (or equivalent technical/vocational certificates).

2. Age Threshold: Applicants must be at least 17 years of age at the time of formal enrollment.
3. Admissions Screening: Successful completion of the diagnostic interview hosted by the KTVC
Academic Registry Board to evaluate entrepreneurial mindset and dedication.
4. Registration Assets: Provision of a certified photocopy of the National Identity Card (NIC) or
Birth Certificate, a complete transcript history, and a medical fitness certificate proving
capability to operate safely in heavy-duty industrial workshop environments.
