Kendem Technical & Vocational College (KTVC) operates under an uncompromising, structured
Business-First Vocational Model. Our core mission is to solve structural unemployment by
graduating self-sufficient, resilient entrepreneurs rather than simple job seekers.
To achieve this, the academic roadmap enforces a strict, two-year sequential progression path:

Year 1 (The Enterprise Pillar):
Business Mindset
100% core business incubation, psychological alignment, and
trading logistics. Students master global sourcing, financial bookkeeping, digital marketing, and
strategic corporate frameworks using The Business File and The Living Together FootPrints
Manual. No technical trade work is conducted in the first year.
Year 2 (The Execution Pillar):
Intensive
Intensive technical trade immersion. Trainees choose one
specialized trade sector. They immediately insert their technical output into the business and
operational blueprints constructed during Year 1.
